Slinging Operations Special Education
Special education (5 academic hours) pursuant to Article 5 of the Special Training Regulations for Crane-Handling Operations (Ministry of Labor Notice No.118 of 1972). Knowledge of cranes, mechanics, slinging methods, and related laws are split into 59 lessons in 5 languages. The 4-hour practical session is conducted by the employer.
Full-harness Special Education
The four academic subjects of Article 24 of the Ordinance on Special Safety and Health Education (Ministry of Labor Notification No. 92 of 1972) — Knowledge of Work Operations (1h) / Knowledge of Fall Arrest Equipment (2h) / Knowledge of Occupational Accident Prevention (1h) / Related Laws and Regulations (0.5h) — are provided through 54 video parts and a textbook PDF (in Japanese). The practical training (1.5 hours) and final certification and record-keeping upon completion of the special education (pursuant to Article 38 of the Industrial Safety and Health Regulations) are the responsibility of the employer who employs the trainees. Labona issues a certificate of academic course completion; the certificate of special education completion is to be issued by the employer.
Foreman & Safety Health Supervisor Education
Education (14 academic hours) pursuant to Article 60 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, Article 40 of its Ordinance, and MHLW Notice No.0512004 of 2006. Designed for newly appointed foremen and S&H supervisors in construction and manufacturing — covering work planning, supervision, risk assessment, emergency response, and overall S&H management — split into 168 lessons in 5 languages.
Low-Voltage Electricity Special Education
労働安全衛生規則第36条第4号に基づく低圧電気取扱業務特別教育（学科）。低圧電気の危険性、感電の仕組みと人体への影響、絶縁用保護具・防具、停電作業・活線作業の方法、関係法令を5科目84レッスンに収録。低圧の電気設備の点検・操作・修理等に従事する方が対象。5言語対応。充電電路の作業を行う場合の実技は事業者様にて実施いただきます。

Videos cannot be skipped or sped up. Viewing logs are retained for 3 years in accordance with Article 38 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health. Each certificate cites its legal basis and can be presented during labor standards inspections.
